Room-Only Reservations
Best for guests with Annual Passes who only need a Disney resort room.
- Deposit: One night’s stay + tax at booking
- Payments: No required mid-payment schedule
- Final payment: Remaining balance paid at resort check-in
- Cancellation: Fully refundable up to 8 days out
Theme Park Tickets Only
For local visitors or guests staying off-property who only need park admission.
- Payment: 100% upfront at purchase
- Cancellation: Tickets are non-refundable
