📝 The Fine Print (Terms & Conditions)
- CDavid Welcome Gifts: One premium welcome gift is issued per finalized household reservation. Welcome gifts are processed and shipped directly to the client’s primary address within 14 business days of initial reservation confirmation.
- Referral Rewards: Referral rewards are issued to the referring individual after the new client completes their travel. To protect program integrity, there is a limit of one referral gift per household booking per unique referral. Spouses, partners, or dependents traveling on the same itinerary do not qualify as separate referrals.
- Tier Calculations: All booking totals are calculated based on the pre-tax, pre-fee base rate of the vacation package. Standalone airfare bookings do not qualify toward incentive tiers.
- Tier Payout Timeline: High-tier incentives, gifts, and loyalty credits are processed and issued within 45 days after travel has been successfully completed. Canceled bookings void all tier-level incentives.
- Loyalty Credit Rules: Travel loyalty credits hold no cash value, are completely non-transferable, and may only be applied toward future service fees or vacation packages booked directly with us.
- 2026 Grand Giveaway: Every finalized household booking placed between January 1, 2026, and December 15, 2026, automatically receives one entry into the Grand Giveaway pool.
- Winner Selection: The winner of the gift basket will be selected via a random drawing in December 2026 and notified directly via email. The prize holds no cash value, is non-transferable, and contents may vary based on seasonal availability.
- Program Validity: All promotional offers, incentive rates, and gift tier metrics listed are valid until 12/31/2026.
